Two new templates are now available for customers using the Verification product: Insurance Verification – Patient Details and Insurance Verification – Inactive Coverage.
When a verification check fails due to a patient detail mismatch or inactive coverage, these templates automatically contact the patient to collect updated insurance information and re-run verification, no staff action required.
This feature enables practices to add a label to message threads assigning it to a staff member, enabling better task assignment and coordination for office staff.

Patients can now upload photos of the front and back of their insurance card, and we'll extract the details and pre-fill the verification form for them, rather than requiring patients to enter the information manually.
Forms can now be easily uploaded directly in the product for our team to digitize for you!
We updated the patient info section in the Messages app to include outstanding payments due (if any), and upcoming appointment info, including confirmation, form request, and insurance verification status.
The Verification UI has gotten an overhaul into three tabs: Scheduled, Needs attention, and Complete. There is also a new Verify on-demand button.
Credit card processing fees can now be passed to patients across all payment methods. Availability depends on your practice’s registered business address. This feature is available in the United States, excluding Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico.
Payment receipts and payment request emails can now include external notes when using Ledger Sync.
A new agreement form lets patients authorize storing and using their payment method.
You can now see who sent or scheduled each campaign.
