Your web-based forms and packets are now synced to iPad. This means your intake workflows remain consistent whether patients complete forms at the front desk, from home, or on a tablet.
We’ve also refreshed the widgets page and renamed it online booking links. Now it's even easier to create, manage, and share customized booking links tailored to different appointment types or patient groups.
We’ve given the online booking tab a sleek redesign, focusing on clarity and ease of use. You should still find all the functionality you expect with an easier to understand experience.
Accidentally deleted a form? No problem. You can now restore deleted forms from the forms tab meaning no more lost work or frustrating rebuilds.
We’re excited to announce that in-app messaging is now available on iPads! You can now view and manage patient conversations directly from the iPad app - making it even easier to stay connected. You’ll see a new “Messages” tab in the navigation bar next to the schedule. Now you can message patients from iPhone, iPad, and web!
We've updated the language on the forms home page to be more specific so you know exactly how forms were sent to your patients and by whom.
Previously the text said ‘Sent via template’ if a form request was sent via any template. Now it says ‘Sent via [exact template name]’ e.g. ‘Sent via Reminders’. Manual requests say ‘Sent by [user name].’

We have added a new credit card authorization form and form-building component so you can securely collect and store patient credit card information within NexHealth forms. Credit card details are stored in the patient profile once the form syncs, so you can charge the card on file when needed.
