You can now use the “Message anyone” feature on iPhone and iPad, just like on web. This lets you message non-patients and save their contact details directly from the mobile app.
You can now include inactive patients in your campaigns when uploading contacts via CSV. Previously, these patients were automatically skipped, but now you have full flexibility in managing your outreach lists.
We’ve refreshed the design of the insurance page to provide a more modern and user-friendly experience. There are no changes to how it works - just a cleaner, updated look.
For customers with ledger sync, managing family finances just got simpler. You can now see outstanding balances grouped by guarantor, so it's clear who owes what - no need to dig through multiple records.
Your web-based forms and packets are now synced to iPad. This means your intake workflows remain consistent whether patients complete forms at the front desk, from home, or on a tablet.
We’ve also refreshed the widgets page and renamed it online booking links. Now it's even easier to create, manage, and share customized booking links tailored to different appointment types or patient groups.
We’ve given the online booking tab a sleek redesign, focusing on clarity and ease of use. You should still find all the functionality you expect with an easier to understand experience.
Accidentally deleted a form? No problem. You can now restore deleted forms from the forms tab meaning no more lost work or frustrating rebuilds.
We’re excited to announce that in-app messaging is now available on iPads! You can now view and manage patient conversations directly from the iPad app - making it even easier to stay connected. You’ll see a new “Messages” tab in the navigation bar next to the schedule. Now you can message patients from iPhone, iPad, and web!
Beginning next week (5/5) users will notice that we have updated messages so patients who share the same phone number will have their messages consolidated into a single ‘Family’ thread.
Messages are visible across all linked profiles, and manual and automated messages are logged under the unified thread while maintaining individual patient associations.
